• Game is primarily set in Chicago
• Begins with Agent 47 on the run from the Chicago police
• IO’s Glacier 2 engine supposedly offer fantastic facial animations
• Use of cover mechanics.
• Bigger focus on staying hidden, rather than staying in disguise (sounds a lot like Splinter Cell: Conviction so far)
• Instinct mode highlights enemies and their patrols through walls, like Arkham Asylum’s detective mode.
• It’s powered by silent take downs
• No big scale map screen as in previous games.
• Mini map still highlights points of interest
• New threat meter is a grey circle that wavers in directions where enemies may spot 47 (again as in Conviction)
• There will be lots of improvised weapons players can use that are unique to each location
• Players can take hostages as human shields as in previous games
• This hostage taking prompted some complex AI patterns in the demo, with cops fanning out realistically to keep sight of the target.
• Levels will be divided into checkpoints for the first time.
• Some stages will be as large as in old Hitman games, others will be much smaller
• New structure allows for greater variety and complex set pieces, as well as story driven moments
• Having a disguise doesn’t mean you’ll be able to fool everybody
• Plot will be more personal to 47, with the Hitman knowing some of his targets.
• 47 and Diana will have new voice actors
• Hand to hand combat will be involved.
• Instinct mode increases disguise effectiveness. As cops in the demo questions 47′s movements while he’s disguised as a police man, he enters instinct and uses his police radio to fool them
• Each disguise has safe spots, like a box of doughnuts for police men.
• You’ll be completely safe in that disguise for as long as you want
• New engine offers on the fly editing for AI. AI can also affect group behavior now.
• Whatever you do, the AI will react to that dynamically
• The way crowds will be used will be different
Asta din cate am citit este adevarat , dar mie imi este dor de un joc in care asasinarea unei persoane poate fi facuta prin mai multe moduri ( Hitman style) si din ce am citit in postul lui Killswitch acest lucru va fi prezent . Pe deasupra se pare ca au adaugat cateva elemente care mie imi suna destul de interesante (hand to hand combat , improvised weapons ,"the way crowds will be used will be different "etc.).

E bine ca asculta de fani si pun mare accent pe cai diferite de a finaliza misiunile.

Se adauga una bucata de cover care sa se confunde cu stealth, se toarna inamici scriptati la greu, se combina cu SUPER OMFG Xray Vision. La sfarsit se amesteca un Silent Assassin(cu vocea lui Justin Bieber de preferat) care sare prin geamuri si sparge teasta politistilor cu accent de italieni mafioti. Se obtine o mare bataie de joc (a.k.a Splinter Cell Conviction) care probabil va sparge topul vanzarilor.
Hitman: Absolution is not set to be launched for about another year but the developers working on the game are already eager to talk about the hardcore game mode that they are creating for the long term fans of the series.
The launch date is set for sometime in 2012 but delays are always a possibility.
Mi-am dorit ca Ubi sa anunte un nou Splinter Cell la E3-ul de anul acesta. Nu am avut parte de asa ceva, dar uitandu-ma la gameplay-ul de mai sus privind asemanarile, chiar ma bucura. Nu, nu sunt fan Hitman. Este singura serie de jocuri de genul stealth care nu m-a butut bucura, dar sunt sigur ca fanii sunt total dezamagiti si stiu cum se simt fiindca nu este prima franciza care pateste astfel. Pentru mine, pare destul de interesant![]()
Nu prea are legatura cu Absolution dar poate e pe aici vreun fan inrait care a deslusit un mister pe care eu nu am putut sa-l descopar, e vorba de Hitman 2:SA, am colectionat absolut toate armele dar in acea cabana mai ramane un loc unde se poate pune ceva, din cate-mi amintesc este la sectiunea cu melee-weapons.Am descoperit recent o mini-editie facuta de gametrailers in care deslusesc anumite mistere, cred ca ar iesi ceva interesant daca ar descoperi acel obiect, mai mult ca sigur nu este o arma.
daca au schimbat vocile....nu prea mai are farmec delocdin ce a aparut pe internet....pare Splinter Cell....mai bine nu l-ar mai scoate decat sa isi bata joc de o serie buna
