Exact asta am vrut sa spun si eu.
De cate ori auzeam pe cineva ca-si cumpara o consola pt jocul 'X' ma uitam chioras la el. Cum sa-ti cumperi o consola pt un joc ?!

Probabil ca va fi timed exclusive dar chiar si asa tot e frustrant ( in special pentru cei care au cumparat si au jucat Tomb Raider Definitive Edition pe PS4). Asta este clar raspunsul celor de la Microsoft la Uncharted 4 si chiar daca nu imi convine pot sa spun ca au gandit-o bine aici.
E pacat, pentru ca imi aduc aminte cand jucam Tomb Raider pe Playstation 1 si pana prin 2006 a fost cam exclusiv pentru Playstation. Oricum pana in dec. 2015 mai este timp si cu siguranta vom afla detalii mai multe la E3 de anul asta. Intre timp o sa apara Mortal kombat X, Uncharted 4 si multe altele, asa ca nu avem de ce sa ne plangem

dupa mine Tomb Raider a fost unul din cele mai reusite jocuri facute vreodata....si sunt convins ca si Rise of the Tomb Raider va fi la fel

Singurul avantaj pentru gamer al unui timed exclusive (afara de cazul in care ar fi vorba de o diferenta de ~ 30 zile intre editii) este anume faptul ca acel joc va fi cu siguranta optimizat pentru respectiva platforma, fara alocari monstruoase de bugete, fara echipe separate, fara compromisuri absurde care nu fac altceva decat sa alimenteze eterna controversa PlayStation vs Xbox.

Microsoft providing hardware-specific expertise on Rise of the Tomb Raider

How Microsoft is helping with development on Rise of the Tomb Raider has been revealed through a new interview with Square Enix’s head of western studios, Darrell Gallagher.


Speaking with Game Informer, Gallagher touched upon how Microsoft getting “behind this game with more support across development, marketing and retail.”

According to the Gallagher, the firm are providing development talent to the Crystal Dynamics team along with hardware-specific expertise for Xbox One and Xbox 360 development (thanks, Siliconera).

He also reiterated the company’s “long partnership” with Microsoft since the Xbox-exclusive Tomb Raider: Underworld had led to discussions of working together in the future.

Gallagher also touches upon sales of the last Tomb Raider outing, and how long-term sales proved the game was a success beyond the initial launch period – something Square touched upon last year.

Both Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have said time and time again the exclusivity deal with Xbox has a duration, but have yet to provide more information on what will occur beyond the holiday 2015 release period.

Phil Spencer: Let me clarify that one. It is Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I want to be clear on that. It is on 360 and Xbox One, and people should take that away. I'm not trying to fake anybody out in terms of where this thing is. What they do with the franchise in the long run is not mine. I just don't control it. So all I can talk about is the deal I have.

I know obviously 360 and Xbox One. I know that part of it. I don't know where else Tomb Raider goes. I don't.
