Fighting Fantasy: Blood of the Zombies out now | VG247 (a aparut si pe alte device-uri Apple si Android (desi ieri nu am gasit nimic pe Google Play) ).
Blood of the Zombies traps the player inside a castle in Romania with a mad scientist attempting to inject the titular ichor into hundreds of prisoners. All the delightful trappings you’d expect are there, along with some neat little twists – an adventure sheet, physics-based 3D dice, an animated front cover, full colour illustrations, and support for the iPad and iPhone 5′s higher specs.
The new title marks the 30th anniversary of the Fighting Fantasy series, which debuted with The Warlock of Firetop Mountain. It’s the first Fighting Fantasy title built by Tin Man Games since the game book specialist developer acquired the license.
“Fighting Fantasy first launched in 1982 and I’m delighted that Blood of the Zombies will reach audiences of the digital age. Tin Man Games has done a brilliant job in developing the app,” Livingstone said.
“It’s not just a straight port of the book. There are two difficulty levels, things to unlock, stuff to collect and Easter eggs like hidden Martin McKenna artwork. I’ve also written 80 new gruesome death endings to add more variety to death-by-Zombies. And you can even cheat in a peek-around-the-corner kind of way as readers did back in the day with their ‘five-fingered bookmarks’. But it’s still going be a very tough challenge to kill all the Zombies.”
Grab Blood of the Zombies from the App Store or Google Play today for the regional equivalent of AUD$6; it’s expected on other eReader formats eventually too.

Am luat decizia de a uni threadul de iPhone games cu cel de iPad games... nu de alta, dar 90% din ele sunt aceleasi jocuri... si nu de putine ori vad ca se posteaza dublu (chiar triplu) pentru acelasi joc. Mai ales ca majoritatea sunt universale sau se diferentiaza usor intre HD si non HD versions. So, i hope now it's better!

Btw guys. Pentru cine are probleme cu salvarile in Carmageddon (este o problema oficiala de care producatorii sunt constienti si lucreaza la asta) - eu personal m-am enervat de cateva ori. Il joc si pe iPhone si pe iPad si de fiecare data trebuia sa dau new game ca nu pastra salvarea.
Rezolvarea oficiala de la producator este :
Dar am descoperit o metoda mult mai usoara (pe iPad care este wi-fi only). Am vrut sa iau azi NFS: MW dar nu mai am loc64gb ocupati fara muzica, fara filme, fara aplicatii de duzina sa fie acolo. Hai ma apple decat 5 variante de ipad mini, maxi, macro mai bine fa si tu o variant de 128 / 256 sa ma pot bucura de ce vreau pe tableta.

Din punctul meu de vedere, NFS-u e destul de dezamagitor. Controlul "tilt" nu este preferatul meu, iar ce au facut ei cu cel "touch", in loc sa includa 2 amarate de sageti de stanga dreapta, este cea mai mare mizerie.
Grafic arata bine, dar doar din cauza ca ~60% din fiecare nivel are loc prin tuneluri sau parapeti fff inalti si inafara de textura incredibil de intinsa si low res a asfaltului, doar in masini au bagat poligoane si cele mai mult resurse se duc in reflexiile masinilor si a drumului care in 4 cazuri din 5, este ud, dar culmea, nu ploua niciodata.
Si nu-mi place partea de modificat masini. Dupa un anumit numar de curse, se poate modifica orice masina, dar fiecare modificare (sa-i zicem adaugare) te costa si nu tine decat o cursa (inclusiv daca dai restart si vrei, trebuie sa dai banii din nou) iar in cazul masinilor mai puternice, costa destul de mult, uneori ca sa umplii ambele sloturi te costa mai mult decat castigi daca iesi pe primul loc.
Eu nu l-am luat... astept ca la orice produs EA, Gameloft, etc... sa ajunga la 0.99 USD
Imi pare rau sa aud asta... din reviews reiesea ca e cel mai bun dintre toate NFS-urile
O singura chestie au facut cu cap. Cursele tin, in medie, aproximativ 1.5 minute. E facut special pentru dispozitive mobile, pentru luat 1-2 curse, in tramvai, metrou, eventual o cursa repede la un stop.

Incercati Star Defense Mission 2 HD care este tot free, daca vreti un TD serios. Pe mine m-a tinut ocupat cam o luna, ceea ce nu pot spune despre Defense Toy care a devenit repetitiv rapid.
