I don't have an opinion on that yet. I think the OLED seems more fitted for colorful games especially the 2D ones while the LCD looks more realistic in 3D games. Both looks great. The OLED appears to have better viewing angles but that's hardly an issue while playing given the position you will be holding the device in. The jury is still out on issues like outdoor visibility and motion blur for the LCD screen.
