Hello, I am writing to you in regards to a PS4 Bundle Pre-Order which I have with you. I have a couple of questions and I would appreciate a couple of answers:

1. When do you estimate to dispatch this order ? I live in Romania, European Union.

2. When will you charge my credit card ?

3. I have selected as delivery method TNT - Economy: how fast will it arrive in Romania, which type of transportation will it use and will it arrive at my house or at the local postal office ?

4. How fast will it arrive using TNT - Global Express ? Are there any other differences for this option ?

2. We will charge approximately one week before launch

3. This generally takes 3-5 working days for delivery. I would suggest to contact TNT Romania for information on how this is delivered to you.

4. This will usually be 2-3 working days.

Just to confirm my understanding:

1. Preorders made from outside the UK will be dispatched on the 21st of November.
2. Delivery time usually takes up till 5 working days, so I expect to receive my preorder to arrive somewhere around the 29th of November?
3. Is it possible to change my currently selected bundle to a different bundle, without losing the dispatch date for the 21st of November ?

Apologies I made an error as this is in relation to XBOX ONE orders.

1. I can confirm all pre-orders for PS4 will be dispatched Thursday 28th

2. The TNT delivery time quoted will still be correct

3. At this time as we have sold out of launch day consoles it would not be possible to swap unfortunately.
