din care sincer...nu intzeleg prea multe...ei cand zic " If you did not receive an order receipt e-mail" se refera la primul?? acel fara order number....sau se refera la order-ul care ar fii trebuit sa il trimita ei, modificat??
If you received an email from Lockerz with the words "Order Receipt" in the
subject on November 23, 24, or 25, then you should forward that EXACT email [email protected]
by 6 PM EST (US) on Wednesday, December 2.
It is okay if you use the Basic HTML version of email, and it's also okay if
you use the HTML version. The main thing is that you must hit the "Forward"
button on your email program to send the order receipt to [email protected]. You
cannot do a copy and paste from one email into a new email.
If you did not receive an order receipt e-mail, then you were unable to redeem
for a prize. We apologize for any inconvenience.
