Here is the answer: if you live in a country where LIVE isn't OFFICIALLY supported (like Hungary and Romania too I think) You get a cut down (or alternate / downgrade, you choose) version of the 360 games. Basically the disc is the same but You never get any live related stuff. This includes codes, offers, trials etc. Although You can play on live with the disc.
