There will be a form of Custom Games. You'll be able to create matches of your chosen game mode, in your chosen maps with your chosen missions.

There will be no server lists though. I can appreciate the frustration of some of the people on here who had exactly what they wanted with the server lists and now they have this Matchmaking system, which hasn't been functioning well recently. It would annoy me too.

Honestly speaking, the last thing we want to do is get rid of or alienate any of our fans. We simply want to open our game up to as many people as possible and the reality of the situation is that the Server Lists were seen as a major turn off for an awful lot of people (admittedly, everyone on here seems to be in favour of them!!).

At Guerrilla we've always had a great deal of respect for our community and that will continue to be the case. We have a fantastic fan base and we'll do everything we can to try to provide you with the mechanics you need to get the most out of our games. At the same time though we're always looking for ways to make it easier to get in to and enjoy our games. Sometimes these new ideas will be great and really improve the game, and sometimes they won't but please be assured that we only implement these ideas in the firm belief that they will improve our game.
