So, if the industry review is not representative of a games actually quality, who should review games. Should one guy determine how the masses view a particular game, is his opinion somehow more informed then yours? Does Joystiq editor, Andrew Yoon have some mystic power that makes him better at video game reviews then you? Does IGN, Gamestop, or Edge’s staff know more then you know about what makes a game good? Are they the ultimate determiner of a games quality? Or do you know a good game when you’ve played it, like most of us do.
