Saints Row 3 Still On Track for PC Release Alongside Consoles

THQ and Volition, in a rather cheeky move, have released a formal statement just to confirm that the PC version of their upcoming Saints Row 3: The Third game will arrive at the same time as the console editions.

Just as Ubisoft has delayed Assassin's Creed: Revelations for the PC, while keeping the initial release date for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, THQ and Volition buck the trend of neglecting the old PC platform.

"THQ and Volition announced that the PC version of Saints Row: The Third is scheduled to release exactly when they said it would. Developed in-house at Volition in Champaign, IL and powered by Steam, Saints Row: The Third on PC is not scheduled to be delayed by any unforeseen development problems, shipping issues, inclement weather, or zombie apocalypse."

"As such, it remains on track for a November 15 release, exactly when we said it would," the companies concluded.

Expect more details about Saints Row 3 for the PC in the near future.
