Posibil sa fie legat de regiune. Cum noi n-avem suport, poate nu putem accesa perks. Si mie mi-a apărut la fel, am zis ca încerc sa accesez cu un VPN de pe tel, dar am uitat.

Da, nu putem accesa perks, chiar daca avem contul pe alta tara. Am incercat si eu cu amazon prime in urma cu cateva luni si nu am reusit nimic.

Salutare! Am o "mica" problema cu 2 coduri de Game Pass Ultimate luate de pe GameStop US si nu reusesc nicicum sa le activez. Contul xbox este pe US, consola pe US, contul MS pe US... Am incercat si cu VPN si fara, si de pe consola, de pe PC sau de pe telefon ... nimic, acelasi rezultat - eroare "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account." Am incercat sa apelez la xbox support, dar nu reusesc sa intru in chat cu cineva de la suport - fie ma trimite la un agent virtual, fie ma trimite sa pun intrebarea in comunitate.
Ar fi de mare ajutor o idee, ceva...

Astepti sa iti expire complet abonamentul, si poti face ce spune ala acolo, dar nu o sa iti mai apara luna aia de 1€ daca deja ai folosit-o.

Cum am facut eu cuiva ieri, fara niciun membership activ. I-a expirat GPU acum cateva zile:

- cumparat 1 year gold de pe cdkeys.com (Worldwide code).
- cumparat 1 luna de gp ultimate, tot de acolo (worldwide code).

A dat reedem la gold prima data. Apoi reedem la luna de ultimate.

I-a facut conversie totala de la gold la ultimate, plus inca o luna gratis daca lasi reccuring ON atunci cand dai redeem la codul de 1 luna.

All good. Are 14 luni de GPU la nici jumatate de pret.
