Evident ca nu single player-ul e cel mai important la Battlefront, dar ambele jocuri din serie au story mode. Imi aduc aminte ca ala din 2 era chiar reusit, mergea pe firul filmelor.

Star Wars Battlefront will be a first- and third-person shooter; players can choose which perspective suits them best. The focus, DICE said, is on online multiplayer with up to 40-player battles, but the developer is creating offline challenges inspired by moments from the films that can be played solo, or cooperatively either online or split-screen. Fegraeus said those offline challenges will be highly replayable, with a variety of difficulty levels.Bach said that Battlefront was designed to be its own game, and it's not built on the mechanics of DICE's Battlefield series. Rather, he said, DICE started with the question, "What does someone want when they play a Star Wars game?" He said that means going "back to the core" of the franchise and "seeing where it leads us."
"The goal has never been to replicate or mimic another shooter," he said.
DON'T EXPECT X-WING VS. TIE FIGHTER-STYLE SPACE DOGFIGHTS IN BATTLEFRONTWhile DICE says it will have dogfights in Star Wars Battlefront, it won't have dedicated space battles. Bach said the team wanted to focus on a mix of ground-based and vehicle-based battles.
"What we want to do is connect the aerial battles with the ground battles, making sure that there's kind of a feeling of the battlefront being everyone, instead of someone being over there and someone being up in space and there being no connection," Bach explained.

Sunt total pe langa subiect cu universul Star Wars. De fapt acest joc ce vrea sa fie? FPS, TPS, Hack n Slash cu sabiute cu laser, RPG?
DICE has discussed Star Wars Battlefront's hero system, and the developer has confirmed to Official Xbox Magazine that the mode will be unlocked using power-ups.
If you want to crush a few rebels as Boba Fett or Darth Vadar you'll get to choose when you discover the hero power-up.
“It has variations to it that depend on game modes and so on. But you can get it through a power-up system… when you find the hero power-up, that is when you can make your choice,” design director Niklas Fegraeus explained.
While you're a hero, you're not invincible and DICE has been careful to make sure players won't be too powerful. "You basically have one life to use all that power, you get to try to turn the tide and win for your team and become a beacon of hope for everyone," Fegraeus continued.
Executive producer Patrick Bach discussed the difficulty in getting the balance right, "it’s up to us to find the balance. [They] need to be super-powerful, but not overwhelming. That’s the Holy Grail of making fun games – how do you balance things out?"
Star Wars Battlefront will be released on November 17th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

V-as recomanda sa va uitati side by side daca nu va sare in ochi... uitati-va de exp. la cum se misca toate caracterele in primul si dupa comparati cu al doilea. In al doilea miscarile sunt foarte realiste, in timp ce in primul sunt clasice (un pic accelerate pt. multiplayer). La fel si miscarea personajului... a armei. Pana si efectele sunt mult mai estompate in primul. Or fi build-uri diferite... dar al doilea e aproape la un pas de a spune ca e pre-randat sau post-procesat. Nu stiu, sunt prea obosit acum... dar stiu ca mi-a sarit in ochi diferenta...
Din ce mă văzut eu se aseamănă cu Titanfall, multiplayer cu obiective și cu mulți boți care să umple peisajul.
