For this achievement you have to shoot/destroy all security cameras in a single playthrough. There is total of 47 cameras that unlock the achievement - My video contains only 46 because one of the cameras got destroyed by a grenade in the "cellblocks" area (I don't know when) and this kind of things happend :( - I pointed out a few spots where (I think) the camera was.
